This recipe quickly makes a delicious meal with ease. This is not low calorie. That’s why it tastes like heaven.
Parmesan Chicken- Mix: 1packet of Italian Good Seasons Dressing, 1 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder. Dredge 1lb of Chicken tenders in crumb coating and lay flat in baking tray. Sprinkle remaining crumb coating overtop Chicken. Bake at 400degrees for 20 minutes.
Cook orzo pasta as per instructions on the box with salt seasoned water. Do not rinse after you drain.
Lemon Alfredo- In sauce pot melt a stick of butter. Add juice of 1 lemon, 2 cups of room temp heavy cream. Cook this on warm, a simmer at most. Add 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan and a 1/2 cup of grated Gouda slowly to melt. Let the sauce reduce on the stovetop 5-10mins until desired consistency. Sprinkle in the fine zest of one lemon. Salt and pepper if needed. The remaining starch on the un-rinsed pasta will help thicken the Alfredo sauce.
